Option to show highlighted alliance names on map.

Useful for when making a strategy map (or just for showing it to others).

Add an option to display the names of highlighted alliances on the map so that the coloured dots still make sense if you take a picture of it (and no longer have the hover-over-dot-to-show-info functionality).
