refresh is stopped :(

as i see refresh is stopped abou tin every world (i cheked 5-6 , like as closed beta 2)

in the last few days the refresing is stopped manytimes for hours :(
can we help anyway to make it more roboust? (i don't use Php, i work with .Net and mssql, but if i can help do not hesitate write to me here and then i send my real contact in email :) )
