new skin

on chrome new skin appears, map showed but the panle on left upper corner with base data is only a gray panle, and always visible. drawing doesn't works.

on ie9 the skin is not changed but map not showed (onyl "ant war")

under firefox, map showed, left upper corner panel works, drawing and zooming of draw working.

summaryze: under FF ok, under ie9 and chrome not ok :)
