i have a small application for this, works from JSON file of this map, but after the september patch it is not works because thousands of bases are missing from this JSON file :(
(YOu can find the data file on http:\\data.tiberium-alliances.com\world\
i use it only on ClosedBeta2 :)

Here is the example :)
http://ccmap.webnode.hu/
the first image is the map, selected a base

on the second, You see the JSON data file and on the left-down corner the FIND field, i try to find this base, it is red, it means not found

on the 3rd You see about the same part of the ma drawed from the JSON data file, you see broad black band, there is nothing else just POIs, but You see on the 1st, there is a lot of bases.

but this black band is changing from time to time, not in a contastant position :(

Dunno really it will take a lot of space. But u can save json once per day for example

Better way is to use drawings. For example u can make border for interesting alliance and then alliance cross it u can attack them :D
