Share with Draw - IE9

hello
i try to share a map with a draw

tha hashdraw in in the long ural, but i try to share it with the short url but failed.
when the short url is parsed back to the long,
first time i wee the hash at the end of tra ural but than the url "redrawing" step by step, then draw hash is lost. (utl ende with ~ but no hash)
it is works with FF, and chrome, but not in IE9 :(

yes, it works with FF and chrome but not with ie9 :)

Google shortner was buggy I switched to bit.ly. Could you test? Or provide test long url.

as you see, the graf. hash is not on the ie trail but is on the ff trail :(
(in chrome it also works :) )
