Thanks for your opinion. I don't try to make money I just want to find best way for development this project. Yeah 64% users are against paid service. So I have to try another ways.

I think I know that you'll not try to get rich with this... but you are investing a lot of time in this map, offering a superb service with it, and that should be rewarded... at least you should be able to pay for hosting and not worry about that extra hour of freelancing on the weekend (or whatever you do to pay the rent)...
I think you should consider making some of the features premium.
i see a typical usecase here:
alliance commanders need to draw maps...
the average alliance player will only need to look at them, and probably never even signs in for your map
let's say you make a monthly/yearly subscription for $2,50/25 or even more to enable a feature like drawing.
alliance leaders would make a good investment to develop their alliance... all players would benefit of finding their orientation and guidance in the game...
I have made some research there are just 85 users who has more than 2 drawn markers. Most active has 24 markers. So sounds strange, but this feature isn't very popular. For example, I think will be very cool to have email notification. With new parser if someone will attack your base I can send notification "bla bla in World 100500, Base123 is under attack" less than 1 minute after attack has been started. Or if your base has been ruined. Again good(fast) email distribution service cost money. I want to made such system, but not to pay for it.

I would not use your map if it required payment, but I do think you would do better by replacing the ads with a very nice, simple note that says "Please consider donating a dollar or two toward the maintenance and development of this tool". That's the difference between obligation and request. I don't click on ads and never will. If you rely solely on that manner of funding, you will never get it from me. Sorry. Just put a Paypal button there and a very subtle suggestion for a dollar or two at a time. You'll get two dollars that way a lot easier than a few cents for clicking a bunch of ads.

And results of poll says that only 16% of users will accept pay service. It's not enough of course. So service will remain complete free.

Also now I'm working on android client with basic stuff like base management and messaging, so if you know how to make android apps write me.

Just sent you a small donation. This is awsome work. I make software for a living for more than 20 years, and make decent living. Accidentally I like C&C. My advice: dont follow polls (at 100%). Trust your instinct. There are many examples, I'll just give you the most popular "saying" of Henry Ford: "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses" I think you just need more exposure right now.

I would try a combination method to gain the much needed funding required to reimburse your for the time you invest in this project.
First, keep the basic functions free. This will ensure that your main site visitors (61%) are happy and continue to come back. Keep the adds, maybe even add one or two.
Second, create a few new premium features, e-mail alerts, additional draw features, advertisement free, etc. and charge either a pay-per-use or a low monthly subscription which would negate the pay-per-use fee.
Lastly, add a “donation” option just to cover all the basses. (done, I know, but still)
With that, everyone should be happy, 61% say they don't want it changed, so 61% wont miss any features that you add and charge for. 16% are willing to pay in some form, so make that an option. And the rest... well you could always give those who assist you free access to the premium content, so that should be it.

On a side note, seeing as how you compliment the game as much as you do, you might ask EA for some sort of support, perhaps a logo and a link or two to their site in exchange for some funding? I'm sure they would hate to see you suffer hardship as it would then impact their game...
First let me say thanks for your website.
There are however some small things i'm missing.
First the most important POI (500:500) is not marked on the map
Second to show a strategie i would like to be able to draw straight lines.
Third it would be handy if one could place small textboxes with remarks.
These are the most impotant things i'm missing so now i still download the map, open it in a drawingprogram and upload it afterwards.
Anyway this website is very helpfull for me as a commander.

Hi mate I think this is a really cool app and could make you money if you talk with EA as another person commented.
In their game they have a funds feature which you buy their funds in order to buy certain goodies such as upgrades, eg command point, extra package production. I imagine the people who have bought these funds or accessed them for free by "earning them" would probably be the type of person who would additionally use these funds to purchase your upgraded package.
I would ask EA if it is possible to incorporate the package straight into the game proper,via a link button, (eg Get tactical map button). and then people can access them using the existing funds buttons already in place, you could possibly get a deal where funds spent on your app are split between you and EA and they could then help you develop new features?
From there it would be an easy step to have the funding pay for upgraded features as Toca, i think his name was put previous. E.G. you could again discuss with EA the possibility that as an extra feature, you can provide email/txt alerts to people who would like to know if their bases are being attacked, all paid through their funding button as opposed to setting up another payment system.
It allows you to look at the whole world, I personally would like to see some smart drawing tools as i am not very good with freehand and would like to be able to smarten up my drawings, eg a tool to smooth out the wobbly freehand drawings and even turn them into bubbles or boxes would be cool.
Even cooler would be a tactical drawing feature where you can click an alliance or series of alliances and in addition to colouring them the same colour it allows you to put a box or cicrle around them or the majority of them either manually or automatically. so the general position of targts is brought up, similar to the minimap tool which allows you to circle your own bases to make them stand out amongst your own allies. This would allow you to make an alliance a target but enable you to pick out specific commanders (stronger bases that need to be destroyed or ones holding POI)
Anyway love your work and if my rambling makes any sense is ok if not just ignore, cheers

Show only POI in the middle of the world for premium users? Or make an account per alliance? Maybe one of them has to pay for it..... Maybe user activation by renaming basename ^^

A few suggestions - don't know if they have been suggested before -
1) Be able to draw straight lines - pick start/end points, draw line
2) Be able to draw circles - pick center and size
3) When you have a saved map with drawings, have an UPDATE button that will update the field (bases, etc.) while keeping the drawing and be able to save the new map
