List of all POIs and Players in a sector?

Is it possible to extract all Players and POIs in a list? Like

X-Coord, Y-Coord, Player, Alliance i.e. ?

Would be great if you can build this.

How can I do it by myself? Can't find a button or something like this. I need the list to use it with Microsoft excel.
